What happens if we can't make our scheduled reservation?
If you know for sure that you will not be able to come for your cruise, it is your responsibility to call us and let us know 24 hours in advance or by 5PM the previous day, whichever is earlier. When you make your reservation, we require a credit card number or a deposit to guarantee us of such a cancellation. If you cancel at or before our specified time, there will be no charge to your credit card (or your prepayment credited to your account.) HOWEVER, if you fail to cancel before the deadline, you will forfeit any prepayment or be subjected to the full price of the cruise on your credit card. We must be strict about this as it is nearly impossible for us to fill the cancelled reservations in time to recover lost business.
